We think we know what we’re doing.

Unfortunately, most of us do not know how to train or eat.

After 10 years spent at the same gym, maybe 2% of the gym population has changed physically for the better…

You’ve seen these people day after day, week after week, every New Year, in the mirror…

The truth is-

We will never be 100% satisfied with our bodies but not knowing the bare basics of fitness and nutrition will only frustrate our dissatisfaction.

If you’re body hasn’t changed in a positive direction in the last 3 months, seek counsel.

Commitment and sacrifice for at least 21 days, 3 consecutive weekends

Pushing it to the edge with food and fitness

Going without the the latte, two slices of bread, that extra drink after work.

Going past your “limits”, for the extra rep, 2 miles more than yesterday…

Will you make you look good. And the truth is, when we look good, we feel good.

When we feel good, we are better in every aspect of our life.
