CARDIO- Sweat it OUT…

Today, because I was feeling a lil’ “run-over” from the weekend, I did the rolling stairs/stair mill

Manual program (make sure to enter your weight), 53mins, 2mins cool down and DON’T HANG ON…!

Other options:

– It’s beautiful out, go for a run

– Treadmill: Manual program (make sure to enter your weight), 53mins, Speed 3-3.5, Incline 12-15%, 2mins cool down and DON’T HANG ON…!

– Rowing machine: Just row, 6000m in 25mins or less, it helps to vary your grip

– Remember minimize what you eat an hour prior to gettin’ your sweat on…
