4 Basic squat

4 Bicep curl

4 Shoulder press

4 Squat press

4 Push ups

4 Pull ups

RUN#3

3 RDL’s

3 Basic squat

3 Bicep curl

3 Shoulder press

3 Squat press

3 Push ups

3 Pull ups

RUN#1 + RUN#2 + RUN#3 = 1 ROUND, PERFORM 10 ROUNDS

RESULT 7 exercises, 30 runs, 10 rounds, 840 reps- 60mins or less
