Pure is pure. Keys to drinking water for those who don’t like the taste of water…

First of all, I don’t know anyone who drinks water for the taste.

And no “refreshing” is not a flavor, it’s that feeling you get when you hydrate your body.

Holy Mr. Science, Batman…!!!

If adding flavor to water is going to help you throw back a gallon, here are some suggestions;

A slice, a squeeze of lemon, lime, orange, anything citrusy, any fruit for that matter.

Berries and melons also work great. But no bananas, a wet banana would be gross.

But remember, thin slices and small squeezes adding only a hint of flavor.

We’re not making smoothies here…!

And if going the natural, “as God intended it to be” way still does not work for you, there are a number of artificial powders and concentrates on the market that can add A HINT of flavor to your water.

But then your run the risk of artificial colors, flavors, synthetic sweeteners and added calories.

There is an argument going both ways on this, natural or artificial.

Drink WATER, even if it’s artificially tainted, or NO WATER AT ALL…?

It all boils down to (as in water…duh) – drinking water and losing that 5-7lbs!

So get it however you’re gonna it. Drink it, however you’re gonna drink it…

THE OTHER WATER or WATER-LIKE DRINKS

(You’re not Lebron, Serena, Usain, none of us are…!)

Gatorade, Vitamin Water and Smart Water (extra sugar, carbs, calories, artificial flavors and calories- ALL things you can do without) run campaigns showing professional athletes performing under extreme pressure at the highest levels.

Athletes get paid a sh*t ton of money to drink the extra sugar, carbs and calories, you don’t…

Just drink water, Bobby Boucher…! (Adam Sadler- Waterboy, duh?!?!

Coconut water- organic with no sugar added, if it’s gonna help you drink water.

Then by all means, as you wish princess…

Alkaline water- the ph balance science behind the whole alkaline water craze makes sense.

If you’re curious, give it a try. Personally, been there-done that, with no noticeable benefit.

“Drinking”, “Distilled”, “Spring” and “Purified” Water, which one do you choose?

It’s pretty self-explanatory, isn’t it!? “Drinking” water…

And if that’s too much too much to remember- TAP water in the majority of the United States will do…!

Just in case, to repeat, remember and never forget-

Drink water, everyday. 2-3 liters, please…
