My name is Eric Laciste, food and fitness have been my passion and inspiration for the last 20 years. I have worked extensively with kids of all ages, men and women; young and old, fit or rehabbing, para/quadriplegics, expecting mothers, top amateur/professionals athletes, stuntmen, actors and action stars.
I’m frustrated, afraid and concerned for the future of America. We are the fattest we’ve ever been in the history of this country. By 2020, 70% of ALL men and women will be obese, overweight…We’re killing ourselves, we’re killing our children. We have no idea how to eat or exercise. Training and eating in the dark, we have become blind to how we can create real change. And it’s only getting darker. The food that America eats contains ingredients that are banned by the rest of the world. The traditional idea of how to exercise, cannot and will not cure the dire state of Americas’ bodies. We are lazy. We are impatient. We want more for less and we want it yesterday. Our efforts are failing, our health is dire, our need is immediate.
MY MISSION– MAKE FITNESS POSSIBLE FOR 100% OF THE POPULATION. ENABLE ALL INDIVIDUALS TO PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL AT EVERY MOMENT THEY DEDICATE TO TRAINING AND EXERCISE.
EAT– Avoid food that comes in a box. Fresh, lean proteins and greens- grilled, baked, roasted, steamed or raw and unprocessed carbs. No carbs after lunch. Everything you eat should fit in the palm of your hand- a palm of protein, veg and carbs is your square meal. Make it happen at least 3 times a day. WATER, WATER,WATER, that’s it.
MOVE– 180 is an outdated number, as in- 6 exercises, 3 sets, 10 reps per set= 180 total reps
On average, 1 rep of exercise burns 1 calorie. 180 reps, 3 times a week amounts to 540 calories burned. The average American eats 2500 calories daily, 17500 calories a week. 540 calories burned, will not make a dent in the 17500 calories we eat. We live in a narcissistic world and the truth is- When we look good, we feel good. When we feel good, we are better in every aspect of our lives. It’s time to be better, to be your best…

“Old School” workout- 180 reps/75mins. 3 times a week- 540 reps/225mins
AR7 Concept 1- 330 reps/25mins. 3 times a week- 990 reps/75mins
AR7 Concept 2- 420 reps/30mins. 3 times a week- 1260 reps/90minsmins
AR7 Concept 1- 840 reps/50mins. 3 times a week- 2520 reps/150mins
At the very least 200% more results in 30% the amount of time. Potentially, 500% more results in 60% the amount of time. 990, 1260, 2520 calories burned, will make a dent in the 17500 calories that we eat.
